Hello @Anthony060, I hope you're doing well, it's nice to see you around the Fitbit Community. Smiley Happy

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. Please note that you can connect your Bluetooth headset to your Fitbit Versa without inconveniences. When you add a new Bluetooth audio device for the first time, make sure both the device and your watch are in pairing mode.

To pair a new Bluetooth audio device, follow the steps below or scroll down to watch the video (English only):

  1. Start by activating pairing mode on your Bluetooth headphones, speaker, or other audio device.
  2. On your watch, open the Settings app and then scroll down and tap Bluetooth.
  3. Tap + Audio Device. Your watch searches for nearby devices.
  4. When your watch finds nearby Bluetooth audio devices, it shows a list on the screen. Tap the name of the device you want to pair.

When pairing is complete, a check mark appears on the screen.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else.

Hello @SunsetRunner, I hope you're doing well, thanks for joining the conversation. Smiley Happy

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. If your headset is not being recognized by the Fitbit Versa, please restart it following the manufacturer instructions. Then, try the steps in my previous post to link them again.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and let me know the outcome!

Hey,

I restarted my versa several times, yet I can’t link my Beats. The watch keeps on searching But nothing regarding my headphones comes up. I did manage to link a speaker to it.

I just got my Versa but I’m ready to send it back.  I cannot get it to pair with my Beats, not can I figure out how to get music on it.  So frustrating.

Okay I was having the same problem, you have to turn the bluetooth off on your phone.  It paired it immediately after I did that.  Hope this helps.

one of the posts says that to get beats to be recognized by versa to restart.  I have turned my beats on and off several times and the versa just doesn't see them. Versa searchs but does not find.

Beats works fine with my iphone,

Maybe I misunderstand the concept, but isn't the versa supposed to pair with a bluetooth headphone independent of a phone and use music which has been loaded to the versa (which I have).  Then the phone doesn't have to travel with you?

Any idea why my beats won't pair?

thanks

Hope this helps - I finally figured it out.   You have to actually press the PAIR function on your Beats.  I can't recall now what that is - pressing the start button five times, or something like that?   You can google that - "pairing Beats"  - Like you, I thought Versa would just automatically find my Beats if they were turned on.  Not the case.   SO get your Beats in Pairing mode, and you should be good to go!

This was so helpful! Thank you! Holding the power button 4 second starts the pairing on the beats. It was getting a bit frustrating not being able to pair...your post and others on here helped. Thank you again.

Are you able to control the volume on the headphones?  I have this problem with the Versa where my headphones connect, but I cannot control the volume on them.  Fitbit Support has told me they are "working on it".  That was 5 weeks ago.  Smiley Mad

My volume works so I am not sure what to say.
