@Jemima12 I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your question with us. As @SunsetRunner mentioned, it's not possible to transfer music to a Versa from a Chromebook, only through a computer running Widows or Mac OS.

Him @Jemima12 . According to page 49 of the Versa Manual, playlists and podcasts can be transferred to your Versa from a Windows 10 computer, that will use your iTunes Library or Windows Media Player. Since a chrome book uses Google’s Chrome OS, not Windows or Max OS, I don’t think you will be able to transfer your music. Please check the manual to be sure. Perhaps someone else in this thread can help.
