I have found the interval training section on my Versa, but would like to know is it possible to enter multiple interval and rest settings for one run, and if so, please how do I do it? Thank you.

Hello @TeesC and welcome to the forums. Sorry, you can set one move interval, one rest interval, and the number of reps. You cannot do a 1 min run/3 min rest/10 reps, followed by a 1 min 30 sec run/3 min rest/10 reps.
There is a Feature Suggestion asking for customized intervals. Fitbit has it listed as Not Currently Planned. You can vote for it, but it is closed for comments.

Hello @TeesC thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. It's nice to see you around too @LZeeW, thanks for all your help.
@TeesC, I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. As @LZeeW mentioned, it's not possible to set different intervals in the "Interval Workout" exercise.
If you have found @LZeeW's post helpful, please mark it as a solution. This will be very helpful to other members of the Community that might have the same inquiry.
Thanks for your patience and understanding, if there's anything else we can do for you, please feel free to reply.
