Is it possible to turn off the versa totally, and/or disable the Bluetooth?

While the battery life of the Versa is impressive, I seldom need the Bluetooth transmitting as I only update it to my phone once every few days.  Is there a way to disable it?

Also I might be missing something really obvious but I can't seem to fully shut off the device either, sans running the battery totally down.

On the watch swipe to settings and press 'about

Scroll down and you will see power off

Just turns itself back on it seems sadly. Thanks though.
