I've had my Versa 2 for about 3 months and I haven't been able to figure out the heart rate sensor... I'll be eating a bowl of cereal and it's going at 120 and I will rack up like 12 or 13 active zone minutes. Same thing with doing dishes.
But today I went on the treadmill... started by walking slowly and it was around 96 to 98... sped up and it was moving up... sped up and on max incline that my treadmill can go on, and it goes up to about 120 ish and around there. Then randomly it hits 140 to 142 for about a minute and then levels back off at 120 again. Then after about 20 mins on the treadmill, poof it goes down to 96 and then hovers between 96 to 100 for the next 10 mins. I've got sweat running down my face and although I'm not running, I've got a great speed walk going on max incline, and it stays under 100 and gives me 0 active zone minutes for the remainder!?!?
Looking at the active zone minutes for the week, it fluctuates wildly. One week was...
S 28
M 4
T 55
W 49
T 177
F 32
S 5
Every day is basically the same as I have a fairly regular exercise routine, don't have a job and am home everyday. The week before was wild too...
S 27
M 105
T 43
W 66
T 36
F 28
S 194
Like these numbers make zero sense. Is something messed up!?!? On the days where it had the huge spikes, the times where I got the most active zone minutes are eating, reading a magazine, cooking, and stuff like that.
I've never had one of these before, am I doing something wrong? Thanks!!
