Is my Versa dying of old age?

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have a 4 yr old Versa that has not done anything unusual, until a week ago. It flashed up red battery, so I stuck it on to charge. Now, one of several things happens when I try to use it. Sometimes I get a bright red light coming from the back of it. Sometimes I don't. When on charge, it will sometimes display my screen, but when I take it off charge, even if it is fully charged, it will flip to the fitbit reset screen. Sometimes it just continually shows the fitbit reset screen. Sometimes it shows nothing at all.

Any suggestions?

Hi @Mickey362  - erratic behaviour of that nature could indicate internal damage possibly due to water getting in.

You can chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support. They can help you with a factory reset which may help.
