Hey hey 

anyone know why my versa hasn’t updated in forever and ever? It’s currently on version 32.32.12.19. I believe the newest update is version 37. Something 

The app isn’t showing any available updates. I’ve tried deleting the app and re-downloading, removing my versa from the app and re adding it. Updated the app too … I’m confused 🫤 help please. Half of the apps aren’t working because they need to be updated

To better assist you, may I know which apps are not working? 

On a side note, please note that your Versa is already running the latest firmware version (32.72.1.19). To check the current version, in the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > your device image. The firmware version number appears under your device's name or in the Settings app of your Versa > About or Device Info. For more information, see How do I update my Fitbit device? and What's changed in the latest Fitbit device update?
