Is my versa on its way out?

My versa is about 2/3 years old now I think, its been a great device and seen me through so much, but it's not holding its charge anymore. All notifications etc are switched off and its not lasting a day.  Is it on it's last legs? Or can it be saved?

I would contact fitbit. 

Has your battery frequently allowed to get low. <20%

I generally try not to but every now and then I let it go flat and give it a solid charge, I regularly clean the connections on the fitbit before I put on charge
