I’ve been doing some hiking and walking and today I pushed myself to go further. I did 4.19 Miles “brisk walk”
my heart rate peak was 171 and total peak time was 1 hour 5 min.
Is peak heart rate dangerous for that length of time? I hate to
be exercising to get healthy and be doing this wrong and end up having a heart attack
