Is taking too long to download apps

I have started to download new apps to my Versa. However, it is downloading for days now. The red line next the name of the app is moving when I open the Fitbit app on my phone but it never finish.

A warm welcome to the Community @TihiViki.

If you are having issues downloading apps to your Versa, I recommend restarting the watch by doing the following:

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

After the restart procedure, cancel the download and try one time.

How can I cancel the downloads? I have already uninstalled and installed the fitbit app on my phone however when I go into the apps section they are still downloading

I have the same issu honesly thinking of returning the versa, i cant even install an app

It is ok for me now. I do not know why but my clock does not like my router. When I share internet from my phone (hotspot) it is working properly

I have the Versa 2 but having the same problem as the writer previous to me.  There is no way to cancel the download as it gives no option for that - it is just a red line that moves

Your fitbit doesn't like to connect to certain WiFi! Ve been trying for days and it turns it you just need to connect to another wifi
