good day

Does anyone know if the LG V20 is compatible or works with the Versa or versa lite? I've read many threads stating it doesn't work and it has syncing issues.

My answer is that it's sort of compatible. I never checked the list  I bought my V20 for what it does and how well it works. When I got my Versa, it connected, and it does sync, but sometimes it says there are "Bluetooth Issues." It's also hit or miss when connecting to my GPS for walks, which is disappointing. Otherwise, I love it!

Hi @BlackBeauty1990  It is not listed as a Supported Device (see Supported Devices List), so I would believe the reports that it doesnt work, unless you can find someone who has got it to work well.

Hello @BlackBeauty1990 thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. It's nice to see you too @NellyG I hope you're doing well. 🙂

@BlackBeauty1990 I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for posting your question. Note that as @NellyG mentioned, the LG V20 hasn't been added to the list of compatible devices yet.

Keep in mind that many Android phones have all the hardware requirements to be a supported device but are currently not on our list of supported devicesThis means that we have not tested it for compatibility and added it to the list yet. For the time being, we don't have an specific date or time-frame of when is going they will be listed as compatible.

While these devices has all the specifications to be compatible and are currently working with the Fitbit app, it's possible to come across some issues along the way. I appreciate your understanding while we work to improve this experience, if there's anything else I can do for you, please feel free to reply.

Thank you. I've read it is kind of compatible as well. Does the connected
GPS disconnect for long periods of time and do you know when it was
disconnected or you'll have to look at the watch screen? Do you have the
versa or versa lite?
