Hi, unfortunately (see this list: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2315/?q=compatible&l=en_US&fs=Search&pn=1 ), your phone is not in the by Fitbit Supported Devices. Sorry, but look at this site regularly, cause within a short while it may be that your phone is supported. Good luck meaanwhile.

Hey @Joop67, let me give you a warm welcome to the Community! This phone model, as @SunsetRunner mentioned, is not on the compatible devices list. The only Xiaomi phones that have been released as compatible are the ones you can see in this help article: Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker? However, there are some phones that won't appear on that list and they work. So I can't guarantee that, but you can try the troubleshooting in this help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Let me know how it goes!

I have the same problem with my pocophone f1 and Fitbit Versa. What I don't understand is how can't it not work any other app works on the pocophone f1, als bluetooth works (headphones, pokemon go plus) etc.etc.

And if I pair my old Peble Steel,  notiticiations work like a charm on my 4 year old pebble app and hardware.

Pebble also doesn't have a compatibility list, so I wonder what are you guys doing at Fitbit? Do you have a white list of devices? How do you develop it so that is doens't work?

Is it possible to know if Fitbit is going to work on this problem or not? Notifications don't work on my Pocophone or Mi 8.

I'd rather change fitness tracker than phone.

Hello guys! Ihope you are doin' fine! We as moderators don't have any update update about when the Pocophone F1 from Xiaomi will be compatible with Fitbit devices, so in the meantime, I can only suggest you to try to sync with either another compatible device or with a computer. And please be patient while our team is working on adding more phones and tablets.

Have a nice day!

I used to have a Xiaomi phone which is not listed and worked perfectly (took me 2 days to configure it, tbh). Now with the Pocophone, I have a normal watch...  it's really a big disadvantage for the Versa model, used to be more or less happy with it, now I wouldn't recommend it.

Don't understand how the firmware doesn't get updated more often, with the humungous amount of smartphones released every month...

Hopefully they'll fix it but it's really annoying

I had to root my phone with new sw versa works fine so it is MiUi which
causes the problem.

I recently bought a Pocophone f1 - MIUI 10, Android 9 - it had no difficulty at all pairing with and downloading data to and from my Alta.

Makes me feel quite nostalgic. In the 1990s if you bought a device that needed to work with another device, you had to check the list of compatible devices. These days, you just need to check if what you're buying works with iOS or Android, depending on the platform you've committed to. Unless you're buying a Fitbit, apparently, in which case it's back to the good old days. Their list of compatible phones is pretty brief, and my previous phone, which handled notifications perfectly well, isn't on it. And based on the experience with the last fault I had with my Versa (charging it overnight and finding 40,000+ paces showing on it in the morning), where, despite the absolute mass of people reporting the same problem, it took Fitbit at least 6 months to update the software, I don't hold out a great deal of hope. A tracker to me is just as much about seeing notifications as it is about counting paces. I like my Pocophone F1 a lot more than I like my Fitbit, so I don't think my next tracker is going to be a Fitbit.
