Is the Versa 2 compatible with the Galaxy S20 phone?

I'm having issues syncing my Versa 2 with my new Samsung Galaxy S20. Does anyone know if it will be added to the list of compatible devices. The S20 phones just came out this week. Thank you.

Uninstalled and downloaded 2x. Tried every step listed. Doesn't work.   Samsung galaxy s20 needs to be added to compatibility list. Come on fitbit...this is pathetic.

Have you tried to delete the Versa 2 from the fitbit app first? Do that,
then Uninstaller, install and add the versa 2 as a "new" fitbit. See what
happens.

I am having the same issue.  Got a new Samsung S20 and now mail or text notifications don't come thru on the fitbit.

What did you Uninstaller? The app from the phone, or did you delete the
fitbit from the fitbit app?

Try removing your fitbit from the fitbit app first, uninstall, reinstall and add your fitbit as a new addition. Let me know if it works!

I uninstalled and reinstalled a couple of times without success. But when I tried to use my old phone to unpair the device first and redo the uninstall/reinstall process, it worked.

These were the steps I took:

1. Remove the watch from my old phone. On the old phone’s Fitbit app, click on the profile icon on the top left. Then click on versa 2, scroll down and click on Remove this versa.

2. Unpair the Versa 2 from the old phone via the Bluetooth settings in the old phone by clicking forget this device.

3. On S20, un-install the Fitbit app and download the app again.

4. Restart the S20 phone and watch.

5. Launch the Fitbit app. When prompt, select always allow location.
