I was wondering how the Versa works for you. I ordered mine (it's on back order) without realizing it isn't compatible.

@litlbiddy you won't like that piece of advice. If everything fails you could perhaps factory reset both versa and your phone. Or at least clear phone cache after booting in recovery mode. This way you will be certain you have two clean devices. Also, you can attempt forgetting all devices but versa in your phone Bluetooth settings. It is possible that something is interfering.

I have tried everything, all things mentioned above and a factory reset, deleted my old account this is a new one, still no go with my S9.

I did try one last catch all. No WiFi.
1/ removed versa from app on phone
2/ turned off blue tooth
3/ turned off wifi
4/ deleted App on S9+
5/ Reset Versa. Left button and bottom right button at the same time and
hold. Screen will go black- let go of both- and then have the Fitbit sign
on it.
6/ reinstall the app on S9
7/put the versa in it's cradle connected a wall charger.
8/ Still do not have WiFi on your phone.
9/ reinstall the Fitbit app on your phone
10/ sign in to your account
11/ re add your versa. when prompted - Turn on Bluetooth.
12/// It should work
13/ Verify Notifications on your Phone Settings
14/ Verify Notifications on fit bit app
I was able to turn on wifi again on my phone after it was all connected.
Sucks it is a lot of steps. It is not A S9 or S9+ issue==== it is a Fitbit app issue.

Hello everyone, I hope you're having a great day.
Please note that many Android phones, like the Samsung Galaxy S9/S9+ have all the hardware requirements to be a supported device but are currently not on our list of supported devices. This means that we have not tested it for compatibility and added it to the list yet. For the time being, we don't have an specific date or time-frame of when is going they will be listed as compatible.
While these devices has all the specifications to be compatible and are currently working with the Fitbit app, it's possible to come across some issues along the way.
I appreciate your understanding while we work to improve this experience, if there's anything else I can do for you, please feel free to reply.

You say your husband has the s9+ can you tell me if he is able to do quick text replies? I've read that we're suppose to be able to do that on the s9+ but I've had 2 and it wouldnt work. If it did work can you tell ne how or what he did to get it to work? Then I was told that it only works on certain phones and depending what operating system is on our phones sho I'm confused
