Hi, @subhransu_, none of the Xiaomi phones are on the list of Fitbit supported devices.
Just because a phone is not on the list, it does not mean that it will not work -- it just means that Fitbit has not fully tested it to confirm that it will work.
Having said that, there are a number of threads in the forum where users report that their Fitbits are not fully compatible with Xiaomi phones, so in this case I would suspect that it will not work fully or at all.
If it is not compatible, it is always possible to sync with a supported tablet, iPad or Windows or Mac computer.
Sorry not to have better news for you.

Hello @subhransu_, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. It's nice to see you too @Julia_G, thanks for all your help.
@subhransu_, I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for posting your question. Please note that, as @Julia_G mentioned, many Android phones, like the Xiaomi Mi A1 have all the hardware requirements to be a supported device but are currently not on our list of supported devices. This means that we have not tested it for compatibility and added it to the list yet. For the time being, we don't have an specific date or time-frame of when is going they will be listed as compatible.
While these devices has all the specifications to be compatible and are currently working with the Fitbit app, it's possible to come across some issues along the way. I appreciate your understanding while we work to improve this experience, if there's anything else I can do for you, please feel free to reply.
