Hi all!,

I've had my fitbit versa for a little over a year and haven't faced any problems with it except for the occasional quick drainage of battery. I've taken it underwater before in my pool, on the beach, shower, etc. Today, I went into my pool and it will not stop glitching. It turns on by itself, turns off, turns back on, goes to the part saying "screen wake: auto, notifications: on", then repeats. I tried setting the screen wake to manual, that didn't work, tried turning on and off twice, that didn't work, so i'm out of ideas. Anyone available to help would be extremely appreciated:)

Got in the pool yesterday and screen went black.  Help!!!!!!

Same exact thing happened to me today. I have a tiny backyard pool, was only laying on a float, but the Versa just went haywire. It showed the battery dead. I left it on the charger all day, but it’s just black. No power. Hot to the touch.
