Is the connect GPS issue still happening?

There was a large thread about it a while back but its dead now, to sum up it sits trying to connect but never does, its not an issue with the phone as I have to run Strava and it works fine.

Thinking this could be an issue with my phone (An Huawei) I got my sons iPhone and tried, exact same issue, "Connecting"

Has it ever worked with this phone @dave_in_ni?

I would try a restart of the tracker, can then if needed restart the phone.

I'm assuming that the phones Bluetooth and location services are turned on, and that notifications are working correctly.

 

If you need more help please let us know what phone is giving you issues.
