is there a meditation app I can download onto a versa? Something simple for end of day breathing  exercise

I'd recommend trying the Relax app on your Versa. For more information, see How do I track and manage stress with my Fitbit device? 

You can also practice guided meditations with a Fitbit Premium subscription. For more information, see the Premium page on the Fitbit website.
