Hi! I bought fitbit versa for my mom, and I can't change clock face, since she needs bigger numbers to see. I tried everything recommended:uninstall app, factory settings reset, restart phone/watch. It's really frustating. Can you help with that, or I need to give back this watch?

There is actually no option to change the font size of the Fitbit Versa and our team does not currently have plans to release this feature, but if there is any change it would be communicated in this Feature Suggestion.

Our team is constantly working to improve our products and services. Your feedback is highly appreciated.

On the other hand, if you're having trouble switching the clock face, please see How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
