It's been a while since last time I log in therefore I used to saw a lot of suggestions and promises for Versa software and firmware updates, and still have no news.
Are you Fitbit going to do something to solve common errors and make better the product now, as implement some users suggestions? Or are you just going to leave it for Versa 2?
I'm really dissapointed.

The last firmware release was almost four months ago for a product with numerous problems. That should tell you everything you need to know.
