I'm looking at replacing my Versa since it won't swipe anymore but is not under warranty.  This looks like it's too good to be true BUT has all the logo and pictures from fitbit?

Hello there @Roxelle, welcome to the Community Forums.

I appreciate you for bringing the link to my attention. As @LZeeW, @JohnnyRow, and @N8teGee  have mentioned, that website isn't authorized and I've reported this to our team so they can further investigate. I've edited the link just to prevent others from going there, and for future purchases please make sure to check our official Fitbit store or visit our authorized retailers.

Let us know if you have any further questions.

How hard do you think it is to get the Fitbit logos and pictures?

Do not throw away your money.

Better yet, edit your post to remove that link so others do not waste their money either.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

@Roxelle   So fishy, I can smell it from here.  You will lose your money.

I think you answered your own question, "looks like it's too good to be true", well it usually is!

@Roxelle Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

Let me help you with your inquiry. As @N8teGee @LZeeW and @JohnnyRow said this looks too good to be true. You can always check a list of official retailers here. Amazon tends to have good deals so you can try checking them if you are interested in purchasing a Fitbit device (as long as you select Sold and Shipped by Amazon which means that's Amazon official store).

Let me know how it goes.
