My fitbit charge 3 is dying and its under warranty for replacement. Should I go with the same model or is is worth buying a versa 2?

Hi @Sneha1889

I am sorry to hear about your Charge 3.  Have you compared the 2 products in the Fitbit Store.  There is an option to compare up to 4 Fitbit devices side-by-side.  That may help you better decide which Fitbit is best for you.  There is also the Charge 4 that you may want to check out.  No matter which one you go with, you will be getting a nice device 😊

Hi Cathm,

I have compared and I am liking the versa 2 but there are so many complaints out there I am hesitant. wanted to get some user feedback from the Fitbit community before I buy it.

Hi @Sneha1889

I have the Versa 2 and I have not experienced any issues with it.  I purchased mine as soon as it came out.  I also upgraded my Mom from the Charge 2 to the Versa 2 and she has not had any issues either.

@Sneha1889 Keep in mind most people are only on the forums if they have issues. Happy users aren't generally seeking a support forum to post on. So the replies would likely be biased towards there are issues, while many thousands of satisfied customers will never even see your question.

I still have a Versa 1. I had battery issues with two that were replaced. The third one seems fine for 8 Months so far. I have a Blaze too. It sits. I don't even like the Blaze anymore after getting a Versa.

I know. I have that in my mind. Wanted to see if I can get any feedback in general. I have had 2 replacements with my charge 3 and now the third. I decided to give a last shot with Versa 2 before i give up and move to Garmin 😁

So I'll be buying the versa 2. Fingers crossed that it works well

Well, good luck! I have 4 years of data on Fitbit. I have no plans on looking elsewhere. But I want at least 2 years out of the 3 Versa's I have.
