Isn't staying synced & not receiving notifications

I have only had the fitbit for maybe 2 months, if that. I'd really like to know how to contact the warranty about this.

 

I have tried every single option to fix it that I have come across on this form already. I even tried doing a factory reset and nothing happened.

Fitbit doesn't care. I've called multiple times. They just keep saying they are working on a fix. Doesn't help me! I've had a non funcrional watch for almost  2 weeks! Now mine keeps dropoing time since it can't sync. Watch says 8pm and it's 10 am.

Mine has only been doing it for 4 days now. I just did a factory reset again. And it seems to be working now for a few mins at least

i did a factory reset on my versa lite with my pixel 2 and notifications worked again until the watch auto-updated the firmware. it's BS.

I haven't had mine for a week I have tried everything and it wont stay synced  very frustrating
