Dear Team,
I bought fitbit versa 2 days before and done all the setup through fitbit app. Now I am not getting any notifications through any app.I am getting error that "Notification service not running.A phone restart required to re enable notification on your tracker".After several restart I am not able to fix the issue. Please let me know how should I proceed now.

What phone are you using? It sounds like it might be a compatability issue.

@Pushpesh602 A warm welcome to our Community! Sorry to hear that you aren't getting notifications on your Versa. You didn't respond to @NellyG question. Which phone are you using? Is it compatible? You can try going to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device. After this try syncing them. Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
