Issue using Strava on Versa

 I'm a new Fitbit user and am using the Strava app as well as my Fitbit to track running and biking. My first exercise was a bike ride. Now every time I run I have to go to the Strava app on my Mac and edit the exercise because it comes up as a bike ride instead of a run. Am I doing something wrong? I connect to Strava on my iPhone and hit start. At the same time I use the Run exercise on Fitbit. Have read all the manuals and cannot see what I'm doing wrong. Thanks

DUH, sorry. Just found the icon at the base of the Strava screen that must be changed for proper recording. But since I'm here, I did set my fitbit to auto record runs. Do I still need to hit start on both devices for them to sync? Thanks

You want to start the recording once, either from the strava app or the fitbit app, or the tracker

The sträva/fitbit connection worked for a day or two but now isn't updating. I do a run on the fitbit and strava never updates. I've tried everything i could find on the watch, the iPhone and my Mac but nothing helps. Any ideas?

When you say that Strava does not update. are you speaking of the Strava app on the phone or the Strava app on the Versa?

The app on the versa doesn’t update. The phone app is correct
