Hi,
I am using versa Fitbit and have iPhone 11 as the watch was not active for few months during lockdown. Now I tried to setup the versa through Fitbit app it does not get connected. The Bluetooth is unable to connect and does not generate 4 digit pin.
I have followed all the setups mentioned in Fitbit guidelines even have tried looking at YouTube video on how to connect setup. But nothing is working and I am unable to connect the watch with Fitbit app

I connected with customer care and they tried same steps yet this didn’t work. They said they can’t diagnose the issue and Fitbit can’t help further. They said the warranty was for one year which got completed on 24th dec 2020. This was frustrating and I spent 15000rs which like 1000rs per month and the watch is of no use now. Plz request to everyone do not use Fitbit watches as they are too complicated to sync setup etc
