After recent software update by Samsung, my Versa2 would no longer sync due to issue with the phone needed updated permissions. Fitbit support did not respond, so I did reach out to Samsung support. After several restarts and resetting phone to basic settings, not losing any of my data. I was able to reinstall the fitbit app and reconnect to the watch. Hope this helps someone else.
