I bought my versa yesterday... I paired my galaxy buds fine, but the sound of my music is awefull and unclear. And that is when I can hear something because 3 times out of 4 ni sound is coming out!!! Is there anyone else who has that issue? I can't return my galaxy buds so don't want to buy new buds (I bought the watch to go with my buds, not the other way around).

Let me help you with your Galaxy buds and Versa. I would start by removing the link from your phone (go to the bluetooth area on your phone and remove all linked devices). This will clear the connection so they can link without interference to your Versa. Restart your Versa by following these instructions and relink them.

Hello,
I have done what you said and it worked... but there is so much distortion in the sound that it is far from pleasing my ears and I cut the music off afyer 2 min! Any solution for that???

looks like no one is bothered here regarding the galaxy buds issue.
Im also experiencing the same issue connected music is playing in versa but no sound in buds.

It's time to adress this issue now Fitbit. There are multiple threads about this and only boilerplate responses from you.
1. Inform us about the reason for this issue.
2. Fix the issue with a firmware update.
