so i joined Weight Watchers. sync fitbit to my WW app. i did have to reset password because i forgot. later on i was at 12,000 steps. only 12% life. then fitbit versa2 screen goes black. i figured it just didn’t charge. so i charged for and hour. but my fitbit app only says 7,000 steps. can’t find device. idk what to do.
