Issues with heart rate monitor, GPS and condensation

I received my Versa for Christmas and have been wearing it every day (mostly). I have aregimented workout routine. I run the same route outside three times a week and alternate on my treadmill. For the past four days my versa has been about 25bpm lower than normal. I have increased my speed to increase heartrate’ and the response is only a couple bpm higher. This happened to me a few months ago, and somehow corrected itself. I have repositioned the band in many ways. It seems like no matter what I do, my bpm hover around 150. I normally hover around 175 to 180. Yesterday, I cleaned the sensors and noticed condensation in one of them. I’m getting frustrated as my workouts aren’t being tracked accurately, and also the gps did not track my last outside run. ????

anyone have any suggestions? I have tried every trouble shooting tip I can find.
