My new Versa is not working properly. As it was working few days ago. My Versa is not calculating the Heartbeat perfectly(about 85 BPM normally), In Morning run I started the run mode in exercises but now as I synced my device it didn't show any data related to it, it is also not tracking my sleep also. Please Help me , it's a new watch...

Hi, try to reboot your watch several times by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons untill you see the Fitbit logo on your screen. Then release the buttons. If that does not work, I would advice you, since it's a new watch, to contact Customer Service: https://help.fitbit.com/?l=en_US&c=Topics%3ASyncing . Good luck.
