Issues with hourly step goal and sleep

My Versa Lite is not syncing with the app properly. For example, the hourly steps say 1/9 for today when my watch says 8/9. In fact, the app says 0/9 for everyday this week when that is not the case. It isn't always getting my sleep stats and the inconsistency has increased over the last month or two. Any recommendations to fix this?

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing the issue you're experiencing with the Hourly Activity Goal on your Fitbit Versa Lite not matching the app information. Regarding the issue with sleep, I recommend doing the following:

 

  1. Restart your device by following the steps from this help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
  2. Try sleeping with the watch on your non-dominant hand if you haven't been doing it already.
  3. Confirm that the watch is snug on your wrist.
