Hi friends!
I love my OnePlus 5 and have been using the Pebble Time Steel with it for months now, which has been wonderful.
Since I needed a heart rate monitor, I decided to get the Fitbit Versa (since Fitbit bought Pebble, it seemed only appropriate). I've had it for three days and want to throw it out the window. I have yet to receive a single notification, can't update the firmware, and keep getting the Bluetooth connectivity issue notification. UGH!
Has anyone found a solution? Yes, I have restarted everything, including doing a factory reset on the Versa. I feel like the problem has actually gotten (if that's even possible) worse since the reset. Fitbit, please make all OnePlus phones compatible!!
You took away Pebble, so please provide us with an alternative that works!
Any help would be appreciated!
Thanks!

A warm welcome to the Community @sonja7510.
Thanks for troubleshooting these issues by yourself. About the phone compatibility, when a phone isn't compatible, it doesn't mean that it won't work with your watch but you might experience some connectivity issues.
You can always try the instructions provide in the following links but I don't guarantee they will work 100%:
Let me know if you need anything else.
