Issues with sleep stages and heart rate-Versa

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

For almost 2 weeks now, my sleep has been shown as "basic" with a message that tells me to "try again tomorrow". I followed the advice given on the message too but it makes no difference. However, it does correspond to around the time where the app was updated. Is anyone else getting this issue? And also, my last few workout summaries have stopped showing my HR stages. Anybody else?

Thanks.

Frankly, I am finding the Versa very temperamental. I am not sure if these issues are the watch or the app or a mix of both but things work when they feel like it. Sometimes I get a map when I run or bike, other times, I get a dot on the map. I also find Fitbit lack of solution quite disappointing. There are many forums but this is letting users guess. Real solutions don't seem to ever be there.

Hey @Wicoca, it's great to see you around.

Thanks for troubleshooting these issues by yourself. Could you please be more specific and tell me which steps have you tried so far? In the meantime, I recommend checking the following help articles and follow the instructions there:

Hope to hear from you soon. Smiley Happy

Thanks for your response.

All these articles are very good but they don't address the issue.  The real issue is that things work sometimes, and sometimes not. For example, I went for a run today and I have no map.  All I got in the app were splits, calories and impact. I went for a run last Monday and I got the map, the splits, the calories and the impact, and a comparison with recent runs. Then if I look a bit further in time, I have a run recorded Sat. June 16 that shows the map, the splits, the HR, the calories, the impact and the recent runs. So I have gone from 6 tabs with information to just 3 in less than 2 weeks... ??????

Same with the sleep information.  The last time I got the full sleep details was on June 17.  Since then, I have been getting basic sleep details and it keeps telling me to "try tomorrow"! I have tried to move the watch on my wrist as indicated, my battery is never critically low and I don't believe my sleeping position since June 17 has been consistently that different that the watch can't work properly.

The watch, OR the app, I am not sure which, work very sporadically and it would be nice if it was really addressed.  As far as I know, nothing has changed in my watch or my life since these issues started.  Apart from an update to the app around then...
