It's asking me to log in to Spotify from the fitbit mobile app , I don't know how.

Hi @SunsetRunner - if you have the new V4 Fitbit App you may not be able to, as there numerous things that don't work anymore and it may be you changed the login account to provoke this?

You could use the watch built-in Music controls instead after it's setup which has the advantage of being able to control anything playing on the phone AND adjust the volume without stopping what is running on the watch.
