It's difficult to access the time on Versa 3

I've had my watch for 3 months. The band won't stay on and it's difficult to access the time with the little swipe part on it now. As far as the band not staying on, it's the little plastic thing inside the watch that's supposed to hold it on. No, it doesn't. And they told me after having the watch for 3 months that it's not under warranty. So they can't replace it or fix it or whatever. Now as far as the other issue it just is difficult. Doesn't always work. Takes more than one one. Swipe

Assuming that you purchased the device directly from Fitbit, whoever told you that you're out of warranty is WRONG.  In the US, you're covered for up to a year with a limited warranty, and I've heard if you live outside the US, it's up to 2 years.  If this is the case, you would need to provide proof that you purchased the device directly from Fitbit, such as a credit card statement or a receipt.

Now, if you purchased it through a third-party site, such as Amazon (I'm only using this for example), you would have to abide by their policies for exchanges.

Thank you very much for the explanation. I did buy it to a third party
Amazon to be exact and I believe it's under a year warranty. Will have to
check into it. Thank you very much for your time.
