I see the quick replies option under notifications but it won’t let me turn it on. How am I able to turn it on? Do I have to change something with my settings?

Quick replies are only on Android. Do you have an Android phone?

Not available on Apple as Apple does not support it

@Laurenisenberg  Also, what texting app are you using?  Some require additional settings within those apps to enable the quick replies.
