I have paired my new JBL True Wireless earbuds with my Versa 2 successfully, but when I start playing music that I loaded to my watch, the left earbud drops out after a second. The volume in the right earbud is very loud & I can't bring down the volume controls on the watch, plus the music plays faster than normal.
I've removed & paired the earbuds again, rebooted both the watch & earbuds, with no change.
It is evident from other postings that this is a long standing problem, but I'm not seeing any solution available. I've been otherwise happy with my fitbit, so am really disappointed & frustrated with this problem. Would you please advise when a solution will be provided or whether I should move to another brand of smart watch that meets my needs.
