JBL earbuds aren’t working on my Versa 2

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have paired my new JBL True Wireless earbuds with my Versa 2 successfully, but when I start playing music that I loaded to my watch, the left earbud drops out after a second.  The volume in the right earbud is very loud & I can't bring down the volume controls on the watch, plus the music plays faster than normal.

I've removed & paired the earbuds again, rebooted both the watch & earbuds, with no change.

It is evident from other postings that this is a long standing problem, but I'm not seeing any solution available.  I've been otherwise happy with my fitbit, so am really disappointed & frustrated with this problem.  Would you please advise when a solution will be provided or whether I should move to another brand of smart watch that meets my needs.

Thank you for your reply. This is the same reply you gave another user 18
months ago, which doesn't give me confidence in you providing a solution.

Would you please advise timeline for a solution.
