I received a versa for Christmas along with some awesome wireless earbuds fro Jabra. The problem is that my watch is not recognizing them as a bluetooth audio device. I have the Jabra elite 65t. Please tell me this will be fixed.

@Mimisue I think it boils down to the compatibility. Not all BT audio devices will work well with Versa. If I were you I would test Versa connection with some other BT audio device (perhaps a BT speaker) to rule out a possibility that it's an issue with the tracker itself.

Still not working with Jabra... has the ionic team fixed this? As Jabra makes some excellent running earphones. Fitbit seems to be the issue here? Can I have an update as I have heard no update from Fitbit. All these supposed fixes does not work... what is this 3rd party issue that has been discussed? Months have passed and no resolution? The ionic is shown in many images with people running with earphones in... does anyone run with their ionic using headphones? Shame as I’m a fan of Fitbit and this is the first major issue that headphones will pair but give intermittent 1.5sec cuts out?

If anyone has this problem just reboot the buds by holding them down for 10seconds untill they flash purple then it should work
