Jaybird earbuds and Versa poor connection issues

Is anyone else using the wireless Jaybird earbuds with a Versa? The music keeps breaking up - poor connection, and I don't know whether it's the Jaybird or the Versa. Insights appreciated!

Hey @nlroundabout, let me give you a warm welcome to the Community! I would like to suggest you to try the following tips in order to improve the music quality when using your Jaybird earbuds and your Versa: 

 

- Restart your Versa

- Try to set your Jaybird earbuds again  with your Versa

- Try putting the watch preferably the same side as the receiver on the headphones
