Jumps to swim Swim mode without prompting

My versa 3 frequently jumps to swim mode without prompting and always when I wash my hands if it gets wet (which I do all the time at work). Driving me bonkers. Is this fixable?Regretting this purchase.

Hi @Mal-watergal - do check in watch Settings, Shortcuts, that Exercise [and Swim] are not assigned to a long press or something, or that Exercise is not on the first launch page of icons when you swipe left, as this may make it too easy to action by accident. It may also be that the watch is getting too wet and auto detecting swim, try and avoid water [and definitely hot water] getting on the watch.

@Mal-watergal - in watch Settings, Shortcuts, scroll to long press and turn off toggle or assign something else, like voice assistant.

Got it to not jump to swim mode when pressing the left side too long.
But now I have another problem, the time dropped 2 minutes…only to suddenly regain the time when next to my phone during this email reply.
This versa 3 has more kinks then Berlin.

@Mal-watergal- normally when syncing the time is set right. So if it is in regular contact with teh phone it should be about right.

However if not synced for several hours and it loses minutes then the watch may be faulty and if under warranty it could be replaced where you bought it.
