Just a watch since update

After my versa lite was updated it doesn't sync, log my sleep or my exercise. I don't get notifications or weather. I have a Samsung J3 which is supposed to be compatible. Everything worked before the update. Help!

Hi @Ksbrooks70 , seems to be a bug in the update (see this: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Versa-Smartwatches/Versa-Lite-firmware-update-issue/td-p/3946209), therefore I would advice you to contact Customer Support about this problem. More users are suffering from the same problem, regards kuzibri
