Just completed Moto z3 update (Verizon); can no longer sync Versa 2

Successfully synced my Versa 2 to Moto z3 smartphone earlier this morning. Then Verizon pushed an update to the smartphone, and now the Fitbit app on the phone will not sync.  Tried restarting both the Versa 2 and the smartphone.  No joy.  Has anyone else experienced this problem?

Hi @teljmbo , unfortunately your Moto Z3 is not in the list of by Fitbit supported devices yet. This may explain you problems. Meanwhile, when you want to sync your Versa with your phone and have a Windows 10 PC, install the Fitbit app on your PC and add your Moto Z3 to the BT devices of your Windows 10 PC. When that is done go to www.fitbit.com/consent and you will see the Fitbit dashboard on your PC. Good luck and regards kuzibri

Thank you for your guidance. Also, after playing with the bluetooth
settings on my phone, and powering off and on the versa 2 a few more times,
it seems like the watch is now syncing with the phone app again. Will keep
my fingers crossed.
