I have used 90% of a fully charged battery capacity in 8 hours Today. I finally noticed that my screen will not shut off after the assigned time 10/15/20 seconds, it just stays on. I now have to press the left button to shut the screen off. However the screen still comes on by itself due to stimulus, so I am constantly shutting it off with the left button.
I have rebooted several times and no better.
I have not set any of the "always-on" screen setting in the exercise app.
I have set the Screen-Wake setting to "Manual" to no avail.
Also as a side note, my TREKV4FB clock face (no I am not a trekkie... it just has the most info in it) was not working properly this morning strangly. I had to switch to another clock face, and then back to trek clock again for it to work.
Had the Versa for about 10 days, worked fine until this morning. It used about 33%/day battery capacity until today.
Versa firmware rev: 32.32.10.15 (not sure if it updated while charging this morning...)
Android app: updated today to Ver 2.81 (20213328) Oct 17 2018 release (after I noticed the display/battery/clock stuff happening - no improvement). Was initially installed 10 days ago so was never very far out of date.

As the restarts havent fixed it, try a factory reset (settings app on the watch and scroll down to About). If that doesnt fix the issue you will need to return it to the store you bought it or contact Support (link in my signature) Let us know how you go

The factory reset did the trick. I did not reinstall the TREKV4FB clock, so maybe that is somehow involved in the initial incident.

We just did the factory tested as directed. The watch went black and is now completely unresponsive. It's a brick.
Still under warranty for a month, so we'll send it in if we can get a support response.
This is our THIRD Versa dead under warranty. It's really time to buy a Samsung Active2.
