Just got my fitbit versa and already stopped working

I had bought one for me and one for my husband and I started using mine before he started using his and not too long after I started using it, it shut off and never came back on. I tried living it on the charger thinking that it might be the battery but nothing happened and I tried leaving it off for a few days and see if the battery would die and recharge it and nothing I tried holding the power button but a little light comes on and goes back off in a matter of seconds and now idk what to do. Its frustrating!!

Hi @S_Purple Try restarting it several times and see if that helps. If it doesnt please come back here.
