My versa will not update to my iPhone. I wish I would of stayed with my blaze. Yes I called support did all their crap already. Still not updating

Hi, it's listed in the phones supported by Fitbit, so it should be possible to get it up an running. Did you download the latest Fitbit app on you phone? If yes, see this article. Go down to "Trackers and Watches" and press that and you will get an extended way how to setup your Versa with your phone.
