Just got this Versa 2 from FitBit and it won't sync to the app. I got a replacement for my old versa 2 and now the one they sent me is **ahem**ing up. It hasn't synced in 3 hours and I'm getting pissed off about this. Can anyone ACTUALLY help me with this problem?

Same issue. I want to sync my heartrate with a VR workout I use on the Oculus headset, but in order to do so I must connect my Versa 2 to the app... And my Android phone doesn't see it.

My versa won’t sync either and the time is wrong....it last synced at 8.32 this morning but hasn’t since. The time started out 5 mins behind but is now 15 minutes behind ...it’s still counting steps and heart rate etc .....weird!!!
