Just got versa 2 & can't install spo2 clock face

I got the versa 2 Fitbit today and set it up. Everything seems up to date. I have a Motorola g stylus 2020 android. I can't select the spo2 clock face and would like to. Why can't I?

Hello @Tonks72 and welcome to the Help forum.  Your Versa 2 has the firmware from when it was manufactured.  It isn't the current firmware and you need the current firmware to install that clock face.  You should get your update in 24-48 hours.

It had a firmware update as soon as I set it up and linked it to my Fitbit. There's another update after that?

And I'm telling y'all it had a firmware update as soon as I paired it to my
phone. I can select any other click face but the o2 one... That one I still
can't select. So.... Someone enlighten me why that is so when yes I've had
firmware updated.

I'd appreciate answers since it's running 35.70.7.14 and it had a firmware update and some clocks can be selected but not the one I want.
