I’ve had my versa 2 for over a month now and I have the premium subscription. I really like the sleep insights and it’s worked perfectly up till the last week. It’s still working mostly except one screen is missing the graph. Sleeping heart rate chart. The oxygen variation chart is fine however. This was working just fine as I said and no changes were made. Same phone and tracker. I tried reinstalling the app, restarting the tracker several times in a row and resynced as some suggested. This chart is still blank. I like having this data ....and really would like to get this fixed. And yes the switch to monitor heart rate is on....this appears to be a bug in the software since no changes were made to any settings and it just stopped working after working for weeks ....

Changing to sensitive is not a fix. Sensitive just makes it like look like you’re awake all the time but I think it’s superseded by heart rate anyway. It’s for use with people who have certain medical issues, not most people. Anyway, this issue isn’t HR tracking, it’s the sleeping HR graph not showing it. I know HR is tracking because it’s there when I look at the all day heart rate. So it’s just a problem with that graph. I get it some nights but for the past 10 days or so I don’t usually get it!

Changing to “sensitive” was a response to someone in this thread saying it was not picking up their sleep at all. It was not a response to the graph issue. And that was a response given by support for when a user said it was not picking up their sleep. That and making sure the band is tight enough. Just want to clarify ....clearly there is a bug and the graph issue won’t be resolved until a new release comes out.

I updated the app to 3.28 (986) a couple of days ago and then logged out and back in on the app. But the graph is still blank for me and it’s been two nights of additional sleep data added since I updated the app. I felt certain the next app update would fix it - and perhaps for some it did?

I just noticed that if I go to bed past mid night the graph is back.....very strange. So I did a test and edited the log to start sleep after 12:00 am and guess what...the graph is there. Put the log back to original times and tada.......graph is gone again. Though Fitbit should know, I’m not paying premium to manually track my sleep. That wasn’t the deal! Please fix it!!

That’s really interesting - you are doing the debugging for the Fitbit IT team! I am going to play around with that. Thanks.

I am officially calling it quits and returning the device. I may try another Health tracker product at some point but these problems are just too much for me. So long Fitbit!

If Fitbit is aware of this, I wonder when are they going to fix it? My Fitbit premium renewal is coming up in four weeks and I'm not going to renew until they fix the bug.

It is happening again... updates are breaking functionality again... I was always taught if it isn't broken then don't worry about it, but I guess some places want updates more than functionality. For me the breathing and HRV(heart rate variability) don't show any longer from update the other day... or maybe I'm "dead tired" and nothing is recorded... lol
