I’ve had my versa 2 for over a month now and I have the premium subscription. I really like the sleep insights and it’s worked perfectly up till the last week. It’s still working mostly except one screen is missing the graph. Sleeping heart rate chart. The oxygen variation chart is fine however. This was working just fine as I said and no changes were made. Same phone and tracker. I tried reinstalling the app, restarting the tracker several times in a row and resynced as some suggested. This chart is still blank. I like having this data ....and really would like to get this fixed. And yes the switch to monitor heart rate is on....this appears to be a bug in the software since no changes were made to any settings and it just stopped working after working for weeks ....

@Jdjax @Newmoon2 Many users are describing the same situation. It seems to be linked to a Fitbit app update. Fitbit is aware.

Lots of users are experiencing this, seems to be an issue with the latest iOS update. Since Fitbit support is nonexistent on here and trying to find an email address to contact support is like trying to track down the illuminati, I have no idea whether the devs are even aware of this bug 🤷

Yes it’s kind of hard to find a way to contact support. Seems like with many tech support teams now, Fitbit support is still impacted. by COVID. Took me a bit, but I found and used the chat feature earlier to text with support and found it to be a pretty good experience. I didn’t wait long in the queue and the person was extremely responsive. While she could not assist me directly, she was escalating to 2nd level support. Seems they know the last release broke this feature and they are working on a fix.

Happened to my fitbit versa too and my daughters Charge so must be a premium fault. Very annoying as I agree I like this feature. Hope it can be resolved soon

You know my versa 2 has never shown the sleep score on the watch either! I can only see my sleep score data on the Fitbit app on my phone. So if you are talking about not seeing it on your watch then I have that issue too. I really use the app for this purpose so it’s not that big of a deal. But since there is a menu on the watch to see the sleep score - I wonder why the values always show as blank there when they are obviously not blank since the app shows the values?
